Clock Ticking on Dems' 100-Hour Agenda | World Latest | Guardian Unlimited

So do I get to stop the clock when I want? When someone says the first 100 hours, shouldn't it mean 100 hours. I thought the 100 hour agenda was more about you come in at 8:00 and go home at 5:00, that is 8 hours including a 1 hour lunch. but I guess I should have clocked out when I went to the bathroom..... That wasn't on my agenda so it doesn't count.
